What this is

Worth Signing is a design studio that draws a signature from the letters of a name you give it. What you receive is your own signature, supplied as a transparent PNG and an SVG, together with a written report about the design decisions behind it.

What it is not

• It is not an e-signing service and not an identity-verification service. It does not witness, timestamp, certify or transmit anything.
• The report describes the drawing. It does not analyze your handwriting, your character or your personality, and no statement in it should be read that way.

Your name, and other people's

You may commission a mark for your own name, or for a name you are authorised to act for. You may not use this studio to reproduce, imitate or approximate another person's existing signature. That is the one use this product refuses outright, and it is refused whatever the reason given.

What you may do with the artwork

When a commission is purchased, the artwork is yours. You may use it commercially and indefinitely: on documents, email footers, websites, packaging, print, and anywhere else a mark of your own belongs. You do not need to credit the studio.

The studio keeps the right to describe its own work — the engine, the method, and the design decisions — but will not publish a customer's mark or name as an example without asking first.

Payment and delivery

Payment is taken by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record for the sale. Once payment confirms, the studio draws your commission, renders the writing lesson and packages the files; this usually takes a few minutes. The kit is offered as a download and also emailed to the address on the order.

If the studio cannot complete a commission, the order is refunded. Files stay available for 90 days from purchase.

No warranty

The studio draws every mark to the best standard it can and measures the result, but supplies the artwork as it is. It does not warrant that a particular mark will be accepted by any particular counterparty, platform or authority.

Changes

These terms will change before launch, and may change afterward. The date at the top says when this version was written.
